ለውጥ ላያመጣ ድምፄን አላውስም፤
ስተት ለማይገባው ለሌለው ህሊና፣

ተጣልቼ ከራሴ፣
ሸንጎ መቆም ሆኖ ምሴ፣
ቀኑን ውዬ ስሟገት፣
የአእምሮ ሸንጎ ከሚሉት፣
የሀሳብ ትርምስ ካለበት፣
ወንጃይ ተወንጃይም፣ እኔው ሆኜ ዳኛ፣
ስሞግተው ውዬ ህሊና እንዳይተኛ፣
ግብ ግብ ገጥሜ ማስተዋል ከሚሉት፣
ድል አድርጌ መጣሁ እኔን አሸነፍኩት።

አንድ ግራ አንድ ቀኝ ሆኖ ፍጥረታቸው፣
አንዱ የቀረበውን ሌላው እየሸሸው፣
መራመድ ሲፈልግ አንደኛው ወደፊት፣
ወደ ሁዋላ ቀርቶ ሌላኛው ሲጎትት፣
አንዳንዴ ተስማምተው አንዳንዴ ሲጣሉ፣
እኔ እበልጥ እኔ እበልጥ ትግል ሲታገሉ፣
ቆርጬ አልጥላቸው ሆነውብኝ ገላ፣
ያስጠጉትን ስወድ የጠሉትን ስጠላ፣
ወደፊት አልሄድኩም ወይም ወደሁዋላ፤
አሰታራቂ ሆኜ ለማያውቅ ልዩነት፣
ግራ አጋብቶኝ ቀረ ግራና ቀኝ ፍጥረት።
